Ingredients

  • 300 ml Freshly Brewed Hot Coffee

  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Grass-Fed Butter (Crucial for the fat-soluble vitamins and creamy texture)

  • 1 tbsp Pure MCT Oil (Or high-quality coconut oil)

  • Optional: 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon or a drop of sugar-free vanilla extract for flavor.

Directions

  • Brew: Brew your fresh black coffee using your preferred morning method (Cafetiere, Aeropress, or stove-pot). Ensure it is nice and hot.
  • Combine: Safely pour the hot coffee into a blender casing or a deep, heat-safe blending jug.
