Of course you do not have to be on a keto diet to appreciate this. The juicy chicken topped with baked zingy parmesan and creamy mayo.

If you are preparing this as part of a keto diet then you will know how keto friendly these 3 ingredients are. Of course make sure the mayonnaise is full fat to avoid those sneaky extra carbs they put into low fat stuff.

As I was saying this dish is so easy to prepare in less than 5 minutes and as it bakes in the oven the smell of baking parmesan and chicken fills the air to whet your appetite.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 40 g parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Pre heat the oven to 180c/Gas Mark 4
  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray and cover them completely in the mayonnaise.cover chicken in mayo
  • Then using your hands or the back of a spoon try to make as even as possible.
  • Then sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top evenly to cover the chicken breasts.sprinkle on parmesan
  • Place in the oven and bake for around 40 minutes or until the parmesan cheese has browned nicely. Make sure the chicken is cooked through before serving.
