Trek to the source of the Ganges and practice yoga among giants.

This is more than a trek; it is an invitation to walk among giants and find stillness at the roof of the world.

Imagine waking to the crisp mountain air, the silhouette of the Bhagirathi Massif etched against the dawn sky, and the quiet promise of a day filled with profound challenge and deep serenity.

This is the heart of our Indian Himalayas adventure.

This journey is designed as a pilgrimage of two paths: the rugged, ancient trail beneath your feet and the quiet, introspective path within.

We have carefully crafted an experience that balances the physical accomplishment of high-altitude trekking with the restorative power of yoga and meditation, allowing you to connect fully with this sacred and awe-inspiring landscape.

The Trek: A Journey Through Ancient Lands

Led by your hosts, you will trace ancient pilgrimage routes through the Garhwal Himalayas, a land of myth, legend, and breathtaking beauty.

Our path winds through remote valleys, past traditional villages where life moves at an unhurried pace, and across alpine meadows bursting with wildflowers. Each step is a discovery, revealing new vistas of snow-dusted peaks and deep, glacial-fed river valleys.

This is a trek that challenges the body but rewards the soul, culminating in views that few have the privilege to witness and a sense of accomplishment that will stay with you long after you return.

The Yoga: Finding Stillness in a Powerful Landscape

Complementing the physical exertion of the trek is the grounding practice of yoga and meditation.

Each day, we will find our stillness in one of the most powerful landscapes on Earth. These sessions, suitable for all levels, are not about achieving perfect poses but about connecting your breath to the immense scale of your surroundings.

It’s a chance to stretch tired muscles, quiet the mind, and absorb the incredible energy of the mountains, preparing you for the day’s journey with intention and clarity.

This is not a large, impersonal tour. You will be part of a small, like-minded group, sharing stories and freshly prepared meals, and forging genuine connections.

It is a chance to disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with something more fundamental—to stand in awe of nature’s grandeur and to discover a strength and peace you may not have known you possessed.

Join us on a true trip of a lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is a challenging but deeply rewarding trek designed for those with a good level of fitness. You should be comfortable with hiking for several hours a day (typically 5-6 hours) over multiple consecutive days. The terrain will be varied, including well-defined trails, rocky paths, and some steep, loose sections, especially on the approach to higher altitudes. The biggest challenge is the high altitude, which can make even straightforward walking feel strenuous. We recommend a regular fitness routine that includes cardiovascular exercise (like running, cycling, or hill walking) in the months leading up to the trip.
