What to Expect on the Day
The Route:
Our guided walk up Scafell Pike avoids the mundane and busy track from Wasdale. We start in the glorious valley of Borrowdale.
This allows lots of variety and epic landscapes en route.
The first section is up a narrow valley following a clear stream before turning off with views far to the East.
Then we head across boulder fields on undulating terrain before a sharp fun climb up the last section to the top of England.
Coming down we take a detour via a glorious tarn were there is a great opportunity to take a dip or swim within the mountains.
What’s Included:
A full day of guiding by an experienced mountain guide. From beginning to end your safety, happiness and sense of fulfilment is paramount to us.
We are here to help you through it all as well as you meeting new friends and sights.
We don’t do massive groups on the mountain walks so that everyone feels the benefit of what they are doing and no pressure felt.
What to Bring:
Prior to the day we will email with all the details and weather forecasts. Here is a list of what to bring as a minimum.
