An Italian Retreat: La Dolce Vita in Le Marche

A chance to take in an area close to our hearts that we love to visit time and again. This time we get to share with all who attend this retreat.

We will be taking you on a journey into the heart of the paradise that is Le Marche, a region in central Italy known for its stunning landscapes, rich history, and delicious cuisine. It’s a hidden gem with rolling hills, charming medieval towns.

From our base in the wonderful town of Amandola we will be taking in a huge variety of activities from walks in the splendid Sibillini Mountains to history and culture trails in the landscapes and towns. We cannot visit this part of Italy and not be immersing ourselves in the food.

We shall be helping you to unleash your creative side with opportunities to capture your surroundings with painting and sketching activities.

We shall be fully embracing the essence of Le Marche.

This is only the tip of the iceberg so to speak and we look forward to showing you all what will be in store soon.

A breath of fresh air!

The Baldhiker Retreat is quite literally a breath of fresh air! It is full of inspirational activities such as hiking, relaxing, and much more. The food prepared is superb, as is the hospitality. Paul is the perfect weekend host and doggos, Malc and Pete, are the icing on the cake!

Baldhiker Retreats are a real “pick me up”

I haven’t felt that relaxed calm and comfortable in a very long time. I feel these baldhiker retreats are a real “pick me up” for anyone suffering from mental health problems. The guided walks with all the history and interesting facts take your mind off daily life. They’re are also opportunities to take part in other activities such as wild swimming with Zoe.

A wonderful weekend getaway

A wonderful weekend getaway. There’s so much to do, yet it never felt rushed at all. We had the opportunity to make new friends, chat over walks and try new food and activities. The sunsets are stunning and the star-filled sky is one to get lost in.

What an amazing experience!

I have been on two BaldHiker weekend retreats and what an amazing experience! Paul and Zoe provide everything; great food, activities and amazing walks.
