The Journey
We begin at the Bosherston Lily Ponds, walking alongside the tranquil waters originally created in the 18th century.
After a short, peaceful stroll, we will cross the iconic 8 Arch Bridge—a beautiful stone structure offering one of the area’s best photo opportunities.
From here, we follow the Stackpole Wildlife Walk through open fields to Stackpole Quay, a sheltered cove and former limestone port.
We then join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path for a spectacular clifftop section leading down to Barafundle Bay. Accessible only on foot, the bay remains wonderfully unspoilt.
After crossing the golden sands, we climb the opposite steps and follow the coast to Stackpole Head, where towering cliffs drop dramatically to the sea below.
We will take in the incredible views at Saddle Point before descending toward the vast expanse of Broad Haven South Beach. Finally, we head inland, following the serene waters of the lily ponds back to our starting point.
