This is one of the flavours that I use for my wedding cakes and it is always a popular one. It is one of my favourite born from my love of chocolate orange. Here is the recipe for you to try.

You will need

Looks delicious and will definitely try it. Love chocolate cake and the orange twist will make it even better tasting.
However do you have the Nutritional information for the cake per 100 grams?
This recipe looks unbelievably delicious, but I have a few USA questions.
What are chocolate powder and caster sugar?
Is it 8 oz by weight or is it one cup of flour, margarine and sugar?
Can I use butter instead of margarine?
Can I use regular (not “self-raising”) flour and add baking powder (or soda, or both)?
Is single cream the same thing as heavy cream or half-and-half?
This recipe is in the oven as i type Sally, thanks for sharing it. It is also going to a charity event next week for Yorkshire Air Ambulance fund raising 🙂 Nom X
