Wiltshire is a county in South West England with a depth of history and is landlocked with borders with Oxfordshire, Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire, Berkshire and Gloucestershire.
This county is known for the megalithic Stonehenge, the Avebury stone circles and Salisbury plain. Bradford-on-Avon for example is a beautiful Wiltshire town which has withstood the test of time, from at least Roman times through to the Saxons and the industrial revolution and still looks just as idyllic.
