A busy working mum of 3 boys, including twins with additional needs. We live in a little village in Staffordshire and have a very naughty Labradoodle called Scoobert Doodle who is a much loved and a very big part of the family. Seasonal Cooking is my favourite, I use fresh wherever possible. I love cooking and baking, but time is always short so I like straightforward, quick and easy recipes which look and taste fantastic and if the kids can get involved, even better.
