A Fun Winter Day With The Hounds

DSC_0325

Back home from a few days away travelling and a day out with the hounds in order… Fresh snow had fallen here in the Eden Valley, Cumbria and Monty and Jasmine always love to bound around in it. So, it was wellies, hat and camera out for a wander outside. The sunrise was happening, colours appearing amongst the white landscapes. blue skies forming. So nice to be home in the fresh air.

Monty hears the shaking of treats in my pocket and inbound he comes :D

Wandering in any direction, wherever the will takes us. A great way to spend the day and leave any stresses far behind. Tip top!

Having the second strongest nose in the dog world after the bloodhound means the snow holds hidden treasures underneath.

Over the brow and the neighbour’s dog ‘Pepper’ joins in.. Actually quite often this clever and cute little girl looks on in wonder at the stupidity of the hounds ;)
