Autumn Through The North Of England
Saddleworth – A walk along the canal, Uppermill
Autumn! Tis the season of colour. I love hiking and walking in any season. I can take to an old walk I have done and get a whole new perspective as the whole scenery changes through the seasons. Even my iPhone camera starts to point in different directions with my eyes. The trees become intruiging as they go bare, brown or purple, the evergreens standing amongst in contrast. Over the past few weeks I have been criss crossing the north and around my home area of Saddleworth. Those that know me on Twitter are aware as I go around on foot I will show live what I can see, be it up a mountain, in the valleys or a rare trip to the City. I cannot thank you enough for all the support, motivation and smiles you give me. Find below some random iPhone shots from places up here in the north I have had the pleasure of being in and living near.

Gayle Nr Hawes, Yorkshire Dales, love to venture out here for escape. A lot of my family tree stems from and still resides in this tiny village.
The Howgill Fells – Yorkshire Dales bordering the Lake District. A place I am exploring in full.
